Made your way

A bowl here starts with your base and your proteins, then 15 mix-ins, 11 sauces, toppings and crunch. A drink starts with your sweetness, from 0 to 125%, then your ice, one of 4 milks and any of 17 toppings. Nothing is one-size-fits-all.

Made when you order

Bowls and drinks are made to order, and most online orders are ready in about 15 minutes. Taiyaki comes out fresh-baked: crispy outside, soft inside.

Ingredients worth naming

Our matcha drinks use 100% premium Japanese green tea matcha. The Sakura del Soi bowl is built on Scottish salmon. The eggs are pasture-raised. Those details are printed right on the menu.
