Who we are

Tea Time Boba & Poke is operated by Mai Qi Inc, 721 S 4th St, Ste 114, Waco, TX 76706, phone (254) 313-1110. These terms cover this website, teatimepoke.com, and the orders placed on it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Online ordering

Orders placed on this site are for pickup or dine-in at 721 S 4th St, Ste 114, Waco, TX 76706 only. Prices are in US dollars, and sales tax is added at checkout. Online orders are paid when they are placed, by card or digital wallet, through Square; we never see or store your full card number.

Most orders are ready in about 15 to 20 minutes during opening hours. To change or cancel an order, call us right away at (254) 313-1110. Once an order is being made we may not be able to change it. Refunds for orders we cannot fulfil go back to the card that paid.

Menu photos show a typical serving. Add-on toppings shown in a photo are not included unless you add them to your order.

Allergens

Our kitchen handles fish, shellfish, sesame, soy, wheat, eggs, milk, peanuts and tree nuts, so any item may contain traces of them. Poke bowls contain raw fish; eating raw or undercooked seafood may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Tell us about allergies in the order note or at the counter.

Text messages

Program. Order update text messages from Tea Time Boba & Poke (Mai Qi Inc), sent from (888) 658-9169.

How you opt in. By checking the box labelled "Text me updates about this order" on the checkout page of this site. The box is never pre-checked, and you can place an order without checking it.

What we send. Updates about that order only, such as the order confirmation, up to 2 messages per order. We do not send marketing texts.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message. You will get one final text confirming that you are unsubscribed, and nothing more.

Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your phone number is used only as described in our Privacy Policy.

The website

Menu items, prices and hours can change without notice; the online ordering page always shows the current menu. The photos and text on this site belong to Mai Qi Inc and may not be reused without permission. The site is provided as is; we are not liable for interruptions or errors beyond our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
