What we collect
- Order details: the name for the order, your phone number, the items you ordered and any note you add.
- Text message choice: whether you checked the "Text me updates about this order" box.
- Payment: your card or digital wallet details are entered into and processed by Square. We never see or store your full card number.
- Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to keep the site secure.
How we use it
- To prepare your order and to reach you about it if something comes up.
- To send order update text messages, only if you opted in.
- To keep the tax and accounting records the law requires.
- To keep the website working and secure.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your order details for advertising.
Text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP to any message, or simply leave the box unchecked at checkout. See the text message terms for the full program details.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the site and the orders, and each receives only what it needs: Square (payments and order records), Twilio (delivery of text messages) and Cloudflare (website hosting). We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Text message logs are kept for up to 24 months. Opt-out requests are kept so that we keep honouring them.

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, call (254) 313-1110 or ask at the counter. We will confirm your identity before making changes.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
